And if proper food can be tasty, it's like icing on cake because without taste, our mouth cannot produce saliva, and if saliva is not produced in the mouth, then how will the food be digested further? Undigested food will only spoil our health.

In this program, information is given about delicious healthy food according to the season and one's own nature. Along with this, the rules of healing the digestive system and body and mind are also shared, so that the balance of Vata, Pitta, Kapha is maintained in the body and the body remains healthy.

 

In the words of modern science, proper immunity can be maintained and diseases associated with bacteria and virus as well as other diseases like cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure, obesity etc can be gotten rid of.
