Wellness of the soul
Orzuv is a Kashmiri word which means 'wellness of soul'. It's a combination of
"or" which means well or good, and
"zuv" which means soul, health, or life
and is often used as a greeting or a blessing by the elders.

Observe various aspects of nature and her abundance - ranging from one’s gut to the soil.

Create a community of conscious, concerned and informed individuals who are willing to work with the issues concerning ecology at individual and macro levels.
From raising awareness about menstrual health, reproductive health concerns, to advocating for sustainable period products, to working on sustainable health - we plan to facilitate a range of sessions on these important subjects, each tailored for the specific target audience.

I want everyone to know about this program, especially girls because we are kept unaware of things like the facts and myths about our body. No one had told me about all these things, and this program is how I came to know about them.
Sehat aur Swad
In this program, we explore and learn about delicious healthy food according to the season and one's own basic nature. Furthermore, we explore the rules of healing the body and mind, so that the balance of Vata, Pitta, Kapha is maintained in the body and the body remains healthy.
