Orzuv

Wellness of the soul
Abstract Background

Orzuv is a Kashmiri word which means 'wellness of soul'. It's a combination of

"or" which means well or good, and

"zuv" which means soul, health, or life

and is often used as a greeting or a blessing by the elders.

If you are someone who feels caught up in the labyrinth of instant gratification, tends to get swayed by myriad distractions, and wants to explore the relationship with self, food and ecology, come join one of our programs:

I want everyone to know about this program, especially girls because we are kept unaware of things like the facts and myths about our body. No one had told me about all these things, and this program is how I came to know about them.
